The following statements are useful as a guide to the facilities and access available to guests. Further specific details can be given on request to enable guests to gauge suitability for their specific needs.

Visits to the Craig-Ard to assess the same prior to booking are welcomed, with prior notice to ensure specific room types are available for inspection and assessment.

The Craig-Ard Hotel is a 3 storey Victorian building having 15 en-suite bedrooms.

Car Parking

The Craig-Ard does have its own car park at the rear of the hotel, however there is also unrestricted parking in front of the hotel in Arvon Avenue. Further travel directions are available on our website.

Entrance

The Craig-Ard is accessed by seven steps, with handrails either side leading to the front door. The ground floor public areas comprise of a: reception area, lounge bar, unisex toilet and dining room.

The ground floor bedrooms are accessed via two small steps from the dining area. One double bedded room to the side aspect, one larger double bedded room to the rear aspect and a ewin bedded room to the rear aspect. All have en-suite facilities, each has a toilet, wash hand basin and all have shower enclosures.

The building does not have a lift; there are two dog-leg staircases to the first and second floors. Assistance with luggage is always available.

The Craig-Ard can arrange wheelchair hire for guests, prior notice required to arrivial. Please ask for further information.

There are seven bedrooms, all en-suite, on the first floor, three having front aspect views over the garden, two with side aspect and two with rear aspect.

On the second floor there are five further en-suite rooms, three with front aspect, one with side aspect and one with rear aspect.
